I am fortunate to have worked with A-list talent, AI, robots, influencers, real people, and dogs across a range of mediums from TV to OOH to Social. This experience has confirmed a lesson I learned early in my career writing script notes for indie films — starting with a good story always works.

The right idea can 10x a budget. In my years leading creative teams, I have learned that the best ideas take advantage of the resources you have on hand, embrace constraints, highlight your strengths, and give you the opportunity to teach yourself something new.

Collaborating with clients and mentoring junior creatives are both a passion and a responsibility. Building a team might take time, but it pays dividends.

Creative Director led the team responsible for creative operations of Recognition Media’s awards brands including marketing, experiential activations, partnership content & initiatives, branding, social, direct response, print & merchandise.

Featured Outcomes led the rebrand and website relaunches for The Lovie Awards & The Davey Awards. Launched the first Generative-AI-based campaign for The Webby Show, earning billions of media impressions.

Senior Digital Creative Lead Oversaw creative operations of OUTFRONT’s in-house innovation agency tasked with creating pioneering new solutions for digital out-of-home advertising, and proactively pitching the countries largest and most prominent advertisers.

Featured Outcomes Spearheaded the creation, branding, and marketing of xScape, an industry leading production pipeline for 3D anamorphic content on digital units in Times Square and LA. Generated 6-figure revenue in its first year of operation.

Creative Lead Managed the team responsible for the development and execution of creative for Tribeca’s marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, experiential activations, direct response ads, merchandise, new business proposals, and custom content.

Featured Outcomes led the first entirely in-house creative campaign, including a custom AR Experience, for the 2020 Tribeca Festival. Worked closely with leadership to execute rebrands of the festival for its 20th anniversary as well as the Tribeca TV Festival and Tribeca Drive-In. Launched of the Tribeca Podcasts brand, and the We Are One global film festival in partnership with YouTube.

Head of Development led concept development, RFP response, client pitching, and in-house creative direction for commercial, music video, feature film, and television projects.

Featured Outcomes Improved pitch and RFP outcomes by over 50% while reducing development costs by over 70% by streamlining and formalizing the creative process, by using automation and machine learning to quickly and automatically organize and surface insights, content, assets, and materials from past pitches to better inform future work.
